Experience that Speaks for Itself

HEA Tunnel

CHALLENGE:

In anticipation of the FDA approval for Garadacimab, a groundbreaking prophylactic treatment for Hereditary Angioedema (HAE), our client wanted a show-stopping experience for the ACAAI Medical Affairs Booth. The goal was to showcase the HAE cascade and the pivotal role of Factor XII in an immersive way, while incorporating a tactile donation element that tied it all together.

TRANSFORMATION:

We designed and developed an immersive 3D tunnel experience that captivated attendees. The tunnel featured two monitors: one playing a looping MOA video and another interactive diptych. This allowed users to dynamically change the surrounding tunnel walls, creating a fully engaging experience. The journey culminated in a creative twist on a Lite Brite—a giant donation wall where every peg symbolized a contribution to the HAEA Foundation, made on behalf of our client.

MS Omnichannel Hub Website

CHALLENGE: The client aimed to establish itself as a trusted leader in multiple sclerosis (MS) education among the neurology medical community—including specialists, general neurologists, and NPs/PAs. Their goals were to:

  • Emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and intervention
  • Improve HCP confidence in prescribing
  • Simplify the complexities of managing MS as a chronic condition

TRANSFORMATION: RN began by conducting a comprehensive audience and gap analysis to inform strategy. From this foundation, we developed an elevated brand identity for the client’s neurology medical team—positioning them as a forward-thinking and credible source across all medical communications.

At the core of this transformation was a robust, interactive MS disease education website. Designed to be a central resource, the site featured expert-led KOL videos, engaging MoA animations, downloadable resources, and interactive modules that brought complex content to life.

We complemented the digital experience with visually compelling, story-driven tactics that highlighted innovation in MS care and traced the evolution of treatment milestones—helping to educate, engage, and inspire across all levels of the neurology community.

Qsiva Launch - European HCP Website

CHALLENGE:

Our client needed a dedicated European HCP website to support the launch of their product, following the localization of its US counterpart. The challenge was to create a platform that effectively disseminated key product information to drive engagement among European HCPs while also serving internal stakeholders like sales reps and MSLs.

TRANSFORMATION:

RN developed a comprehensive, 15-page European HCP website designed to educate and engage obesity specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs. The site clearly presented the product’s MOA, efficacy, safety, and dosing information, ensuring accessibility and compliance with European medical communication standards. To enhance engagement and performance tracking, the site incorporated an integrated analytics dashboard powered by Vercel and a custom analytics tagging plan.

Sanofi - At Home with MS Progression

CHALLENGE:

Our client needed an interactive experience to help HCPs recognize subtle signs of MS disability progression—especially in patients transitioning into non-relapsing secondary progressive MS. The goal was to present these signs in a realistic, relatable way that would resonate with clinical audiences.

TRANSFORMATION:

RN developed a gamified, booth-based installation and web module called At Home with MS Progression. HCPs navigated a virtual home environment to spot early signs of disease progression—such as handprints on walls or changes in household habits—transforming subtle clinical clues into an engaging and educational experience. The tool successfully bridged clinical education with real-world context, helping drive earlier recognition and intervention.

CHALLENGE:

The Rickets Severity Score (RSS) was rarely used—and often misapplied—in clinical practice due to limited understanding of how to correctly interpret and score the visual markers of the disease on X-rays, particularly in patients with X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH).

TRANSFORMATION:

Red Nucleus developed an HTML5-based educational application in collaboration with Canadian key opinion leaders to support MSL-led training of HCPs.

The tool was designed to enhance clinical confidence and accuracy in using the RSS by offering a structured learning journey. KOL-narrated recordings were integrated to provide expert guidance and build credibility, while a dedicated tutorial module introduced the scoring methodology and tool functionality.

A practice section allowed users to apply their knowledge through a series of individual X-ray images and realistic patient cases—making the experience both comprehensive and clinically relevant.

Looking Glass Display

CHALLENGE:

Our client was looking for a unique & beautiful booth experience to educate attendees on the HAE cascade. The booth experience needed to serve as the main draw for attendees.

TRANSFORMATION:

Innovative technology called Looking Glass provided the user with a three-dimensional holographic experience to explore the HAE cascade. A stand-alone kiosk presented questions and details around each “step” of the cascade. The attendees could independently explore the content through the kiosk touchscreen, which would then be displayed on the Looking Glass monitor.

The end result was a first-of-its-kind display that not only delivered the science of the HAE cascade but also provided an enticing booth draw to get attendees out of the aisles and into the booth space.

CHALLENGE:

Our client needed a scientifically accurate yet visually compelling way to educate HCP’s about the mechanism of action of their investigational CELMoD agents—iberdomide and mezigdomide—in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

The goal was to translate complex molecular interactions into an accessible format that aligned with their clinical research and ongoing trials, without compromising on scientific integrity.

TRANSFORMATION:

We created a 4 minute 3D animation that visualized the MOA of CELMoD agents with clarity and precision. The animation leveraged immersive visuals to showcase how CELMoDs modulate the immune system and degrade key proteins involved in multiple myeloma progression.

The final video combined storytelling with science to support educational efforts across congresses, internal training, and digital platforms.

MOA Pain Slide Deck

CHALLENGE:

Our client asked us to create two MSL slide decks to educate healthcare professionals on the mechanism of pain and the MOA of Suzetrigine.

The objective was to deliver visually engaging presentations focused on NaV channels, action potentials, and the selective inhibition of NaV1.7–1.9, with an emphasis on NaV1.8, for audiences including pain specialists, anesthesiologists, and surgeons.

TRANSFORMATION:

Red Nucleus delivered two scientifically rigorous and visually compelling slide decks. The first deck explored the mechanism of pain, emphasizing the role of NaV channels in pain signaling and the critical function of NaV1.8. The second deck presented the MOA of Suzetrigine, showcasing its selective inhibition of NaV1.8 with clear, stepwise visuals and a focused narrative.

Designed for clarity and impact, both decks provided HCPs with a deeper understanding of the science behind Suzetrigine and its potential to advance pain management strategies.
